How is my order shipped and what are my shipping fees?

The Rustic Mule uses USPS as our preferred shipping carrier. Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days from the time your order is confirmed and leaves our store.

(Please note that delivery times do not include our 48-hour processing time or weekend delivery. Delivery times do not include Saturday, Sundays or major holidays. Please be aware that holiday times may take longer than usual.)

Shipping Fees:

-Priority  Shipping is $5.75 on orders up to $49.99

-FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $50, (this is after all discounts and promotions are applied and does not include sales tax)

What is the status of my order?

All orders made after 3:00 pm will not be processed the following day. Please allow 2 business day processing period for all orders.

Express delivery orders made after 2:00 pm will not ship out until the next business day.

Your order will not be processed until the status of your order says "processing". Any orders that are "pending" have not completed the checkout process. If your order reads "pending", email our customer service team and they will cancel your order for you to complete a new one.

When your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. When your item has shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation email with tracking number. If you have chosen local pickup, when your item is ready for pickup you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been completed. Local order

Order Processing and Returns

The Rustic Mule accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We ship to the U.S., Canada, and PO Boxes.

.You must use the RUSTIC MULE RETURN FORM to make any returns to

-All returns MUST be made within 14 days of the original shipping date.

-All items MUST be returned in their original, unwashed, unworn, undamaged and smoke-free condition, with tags attached or they will be returned to you plus the cost of shipping back to you.

-All Jewelry is a FINAL SALE


-Shoes must be in the original shoe box. Please be sure to package them safely so they arrive undamaged or they will not be accepted as a return and will be returned to you plus the cost of shipping back to you.

-Original shipping fees are non-refundable and the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

-If you receive a damaged item, it must be reported immediately to and prior to being worn or washed with the original tags still attached. If item is worn or washed it is not eligible for return. You will receive a full refund for the item.

-If you want to exchange your item for a different size, you will receive your store credit only after the item has been returned to, however, we cannot guarantee that at the time the item you want will still be available. If your item is not available, we will give you a full refund, as long as all return requirements are met, and item is returned within 14 days of the original shipment date.

-Please allow up to 2 business days for all replies on customer service inquiries.

Instructions for Returning an Item:

  1. Please be sure that your item meets the return policy requirements. If it does not and is returned to you will be charged an additional shipping fee to have it returned to you. Items that DO NOT meet the requirements will NOT be accepted.
  2. Download and complete the RUSTIC MULE RETURN FORM for the items you are returning.
  3. Return items in packaging as they were received to protect them and you MUST include the RETURN FORM __________
